    DEADLINES

    All submissions will undergo a rigorous academic peer-review process and will be evaluated for originality, academic quality, relevance, and clarity. Authors will normally be notified of the review outcome within 10–30 days of submission.

    Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis; early submission is therefore strongly recommended. Full-paper submission is optional.

    Accepted authors must complete registration by the stated deadline to confirm their participation and inclusion in the conference programme.

    Registration Deadline: December 20, 2026
