DEADLINES
All submissions will undergo a rigorous academic peer-review process and will be evaluated for originality, academic quality, relevance, and clarity. Authors will normally be notified of the review outcome within 10–30 days of submission.
Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis; early submission is therefore strongly recommended. Full-paper submission is optional.
Accepted authors must complete registration by the stated deadline to confirm their participation and inclusion in the conference programme.

Please note that Crossref is a DOI registration agency rather than an indexing database. Inclusion in Google Scholar, CNKI Scholar, Semantic Scholar, CPCI, or any other service is determined independently by each organisation; therefore, the conference cannot guarantee indexing in any particular database.

Similarity reports will be examined by the Conference Scientific Committee. A similarity score alone does not constitute proof of plagiarism; each case will be assessed according to its context. Confirmed plagiarism, duplicate publication, unauthorised reuse, or serious citation misconduct may result in rejection, withdrawal, or removal from the proceedings at any stage.
